Our Current Programme: Expect Respect

As part of a pilot initiative, Pathway Project is currently delivering the nationally recognised Expect Respect programme, developed by Women’s Aid.

Expect Respect supports children and young people to:

Understand healthy and unhealthy relationships
Recognise early warning signs of abuse
Develop empathy, equality and respect
Build confidence and emotional awareness
Learn about boundaries and positive communication

Our sessions are interactive, age-appropriate and tailored to the needs of each setting.

This is prevention delivered by specialist practitioners – not theory.

Our Offer

For Schools

We work in partnership with primary, secondary and specialist settings.

Staff Training

Recognising unhealthy relationship behaviours
Responding confidently to disclosures
Strengthening safeguarding practice
Embedding healthy relationship education within the curriculum

(We recommend staff training is delivered first.)

Pupil Workshops

Reception to Key Stage 5
Fully age-appropriate and engaging
Supports statutory RSHE requirements
Builds respect, resilience and emotional literacy

We are currently offering a limited number of FREE sessions as part of our pilot delivery.

Outside Tamworth

Sessions are typically £150 per workshop.
Multi-session discounts available.
