When you are suffering domestic abuse, you feel isolated and alone. You lose so much freedom, self esteem and hope. The Hope Centre has been opened to provide that hope once again.
We are available for women to call in and talk, to find out about what services are available and how to use those services, and those of other organisations.
The Hope Centre has facilities for training , a crèche, counselling, therapy as well as the opportunity to speak to one of our floating support workers.
Someone to talk to
One of the most isolating things is the feeling that no one understands what you are going through. We will be happy to give you time to talk to a volunteer or a support worker. There will also be opportunities to attend craft sessions, coffee mornings and other events so that you can meet women in similar situations
We can't promise to have all of the answers to your problems but we can promise that we will do all we can to help you find a way of dealing with them.
